Refund policy

This return and exchange policy applies to all orders purchased on the FLÁSHIE website. Customers are requested to carefully read the terms and conditions before making a request to exchange or return a product.

 


 

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards and e-vouchers

  • Sale items and items purchased using vouchers or gift cards

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items without attached tags

  • Items without original packaging (tote bag, dust bag, etc.)

  • Items showing signs of wear, including perfume, smoke, deodorant, or body odor

  • Items with stains, marks, or damage caused by fake tan, deodorant, or makeup

We do not accept returns or refunds based on subjective reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with style, fit, or appearance.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Domestic orders

Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the time the order is delivered.

International orders

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Requests submitted after the applicable timeframe will not be accepted.

 


 

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must not fall under the Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items list

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • A clear unboxing video (from opening the package to product inspection) is required

 


 

Conditions

  • Original shipping fees and the 10% processing fee are non-refundable

  • All return shipping costs and any related fees (shipping, import/export taxes, customs duties, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility

  • Each item is eligible for one (1) exchange only

 


 

Price Difference Policy

  • If the exchanged item is of higher value → the customer must pay the difference

  • If the exchanged item is of lower value → no refund will be issued

The remaining balance may be:

  • Applied toward shipping fees, or

  • Issued as a store credit (e-voucher) for future purchases

 


 

Import Duties (International Orders)

Import duties and taxes are mandatory and are the customer’s responsibility.

After the order is placed, FLÁSHIE will contact the customer via email to confirm the customs declaration value and estimated duties.

If the customer chooses not to proceed with the import duty payment after confirmation, the order will not be refunded. Instead, the full amount paid will be issued as a store credit (e-voucher).

 


 

Additional Notes

If the requested design is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange:

  • An exchange for another item

  • An e-voucher

  • Or inform you of the estimated restock time

Exchange items will be shipped only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policies. Refused items will be sent back to the customer, and shipping costs must be paid in advance.

 


 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY

If your product arrives in faulty condition, please notify us within:

  • 14 days for international orders

  • 48 hours for Domestic orders

from the date of receipt, and provide a clear unboxing video.

  • If the original item is defective, we will exchange it for a non-defective item

  • If the replacement item is also defective, you may choose one additional exchange or a refund

Refunds will be issued for the product price only (excluding original shipping costs and transaction fees), unless both the original and replacement items are defective, in which case all fees will be waived.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider.

All defective item claims must include a clear unboxing video. We will notify you by email once your request has been reviewed and approved.
